A Changing India

Most of my friends and family in India who either visit the USA or who live there offer a lot of advice and opinions ( mostly unsolicited ) about how America is bad to raise children, the education system, culture etc.

Though I keep both my ears open so as to let such comments pass out from one ear to another and out, I find it amazing that they talk like this, when Indian culture, Education, Family ties etc. are slowly changing.

Here is report on rising teenage pregnancies.

I feel some are taking advantage of the development and freeness to misuse; it’s not fully of western influence.

i have always thought american education equips students with the ability to reason and make their own choices - unlike the indian system.

The only difference is that the youth out there dates openly while here it goes under cover.
