Anonymous - Thanks for your thoughts.

Please use the gift of God ( the grey stuff up the head) and start a blog and write / post about the positives. I am sure people like you will have many.

If you live in Chennai, create posters and stand on Street corners and pass it around. Please send me photos and I'll post them for you.

PS - Please also write to Dinamalar and ask them to stop publishing all these photographs so that you can live in an illusion that all is well and the city is the best place to live.

This is my city as well. Where I was born and raised. I will keep writing / posting photos of such shameful things.

Mr. Narayan , all of us do realise such shameful happenings. We also know that this can be solved by the citizens taking a step forward. And that we can't keep blaming the Govt. But the point is who is going to bell the cat ? Ive also written about this in my blog.

Naren - I am sure you are not asking me to stop in the name of 'Disgusting'.

Knowing that you are educated ....I feel you are asking the 'Chennai Corporation' to 'stop such disgusting acts' and start keeping the city clean?

Am I right??

Neha - Thanks for your thoughts, I did visit your blog and read your post, interesting. I'll write my comments today.

Naren, whats so disgusting about this entire thing?Posting this picture and expressing the pathetic situation of our civic sense?I dont understand why you feel disgusting about someone writing about this issue, when you should feel disgusting to the core with our Indian attitude of sluggishness in the ''disgusting''mask of tolerance.Truth hurts,at the same time denial doesnt help either!

Noi Naadi Noi Muthal Naadi Athu thanikkum Vaai Naadi Vaaipa seyal....that shud make some point about my education levels i guess...ut fr the rest..Sensationalising a issue does not always solve the issue....At some point of time yes the T nagar Usman road was like what it is in the picture....but what happened before it to cause that...may be a heavy rain along with a jam at some point in the drainage...and what had happened after that..did the civic people leave it as such to dry or did they really get in action...do they haev amenities to tackle such a situation..if one is not in place why is it not there...do u have info on that....we are ready to get those info and discuss for hours..when u just don't want to get to the reals of the problems and only interested at some ticklish points of the problem then y discuss the problem at all....thats when one realy gets disgusted...with all due respects again ...am not picking a fight here.. :)
