I am not a big fan of Rajinikanth and neither am I a Rajini hater. It's been like that for me since my school / college days and continues till today.
I've always heard about Rajini being a down-to-earth, humble person who is simple in his public life. I've heard this from my friends who have seen him up close on several occasions. I've also seen this on TV, You Tube etc.
The clip I posted yesterday, stands out for that one reason. Just look at the man's eyes, his body language, his attitude and above all, when the reporter asks him the punch line dialog, just see how easily he is able to do that without any inhibitions.
I am not sure any other actor at his level would do that. In fact most of the actors whom we see today have artificial accents and too much attitude when it comes to public life.
So, here you go, Mr.Sivaji Rao Gaekwad aka Rajinikanth, you are high up there just for these personality traits of yours !

simple, humble and down to earth person charges 15 crores for his film.. while his fans do not have a real job and starve..
So true. Such an influential man, but he doesn't endorse any products. He gives money back to producers to patch up their loss if his movie is burst in the BO - no where else in India can we find such a genuine person in the movie industry.

he needs to do something in return and i do hope he will do in near future...
