One more diet book, this time from a UC Berkeley Psychology professor.
Interesting indeed. Have to try this out.
The book works out Roberts' theory that ingesting two common food ingredients can lead to voluminous, permanent weight loss.
The ingredients are sugar and oil.

Avoid all those frying with oil and those snacks with sugar. You are true... I have found it true. Good formula to reduce weight.
