In India these are normal everyday things. Here in USA on I-5 towards San Diego you can see pictures letting drivers to drive carefully because of people(from south of the border) running with families I guess. It is everywhere in different forms.
dont simply complain...do something abt it bhayaji! these days ur blog is very depressing !
