Once in a century

"A Tendulkar is born only once in a century" tells Dhoni.

My I add: He will play for the entire century and won't retire until he is pushed out !

He will score a century once in 50 matches later in his career and will continue to hold his place in the team !

What about the other aspiring cricketers? Are they born several times in a century? When will they get a chance?

I've always been a strong advocate of Tendulkar retiring with grace. Unfortunately, I have a feeling it's not going to happen.

Peter Roebuck - I repect him for his columns in 'THE HINDU'. Such a wonderful writer who doesn't hesitate to 'Call a spade - a spade'.

I was reading his column today which is very interesting. He has a few interesing points on Tendulkar, cricketers and the Indian selection committee.

By the way Sachin and the gang are doing good against Bangladesh ...yeah..Bangladesh!

Whatever happened in the World cup has to be erased from memory ! But can it be ?
