Yes
Why not

Virus Testing is not as simple as testing urine for Sugar
Quality, safety are more important than mere number
1) The govt does everything it can for a country as diverse and challenging as india
a) awareness of symptoms
b) screening passengers in central/airport with a thermometer scan
2) the people are well aware of the issue and are wearing masks, cleaning hands, and aware of quarantining etc (again, not all sections of people, atleast those who are sufficiently educated enough).
what is most challening is the initial care from a quality doctor. What should not happen is everybody flooding the system for a blood test.
so lab availability is okay. Mass hysteria, premliminary care is the biggest problem.
ganesh
Great readinng this
