I think that உருதியென should have the other Ru and in நிலைதிடுமே there should be "th" before the "thi".

I have a suggestion, I find a lot of bloggers requesting for the english version. Why don't you post an audio record of the tamil kavidhais for the benefit of these bloggers. I have always found that poetry is best enjoyed when narrated by the poet. Like Vairamuthu's kaithai thoguppu etc. The kavidhai gets uyir in the way it is narrated.

@Keerthi -- Yeah! You know what? I love the Tamil in that movie. Am basically a Mani Ratnam fan. And I think it is the best role Mohanlal ever got and performed well in his entire career. Also loved Prakash Raj and his dialogue deliveries.

I just heard Jo's song of Kadal.
Mr.Narayanan you should be convinced by now that you have a natural endowment for good musical compositions. You have created two compositions that I heard in Jo's voice. Both are on the lines of pure raga. One in Abhogi and one in Hamsadhwani. You have a penchant for auduva ragas.
Auduva ragas mean a raga with five notes.
If you had hamsadhwani in your mind while composing this song you are right. There is a slight deviation and in light music it is allowed without having to offering any explanation. Even as a classical piece, I have explained how it is to be called a misra hansadhwani.
Arumaiyana Kavidai varigal virasamillda varthai jalangal. Jovin kuralil manadhai thottadu.
Throughout it has adhered to the prosodical norms very well (i.e. the kavidai ilakkanam) except on one line.

meaningwise I would hate to suggest to change it but prosodical rule begs you to replace the word mounam by a word starting with na or Na. Their vowel changes of ni nu ne now etc. are equally valid as starting letters.
